NEW YEARS EVE 31.1.2015 Stockholm

It's not about how you spend your New Years Eve - it's about who you spend it with

To be honest it has been a very challenging year and I hit my limits quite often maybe even too often. It was a year where I became more and more aware of myself and what had happened these past three years. It felt like a fog started to lift and what I expected to see was not what I saw. So through all this fog I had to slowly find my way and at this point I am not sure if I might not still be in it but I know that I am moving and on my way I found some clear spots where I could take  a breath and so far this is what I’ve learned:

I learned that sometimes my own expectations stand in the way of appreciating what I have.

I learned that one of the most important things is to not give up.

I learned that practicing helps me to keep my focus.

I learned that I have to trust myself to be okay with the mistakes I made and to be able to acknowledge the progress I made - regardless what people might say.

I learned that things that truly inspire me are my personal signposts.

Let’s keep on learning in 2016 : )

I WISH YOU ALL  A HAPPY NEW YEARHAPPY HAPPY 2016 TO ALL OF YOU - keep your head up high and trust yourself!

Yours Lia
